Processing is based on the free, express and informed consent provided when completing our forms, as well as on the fulfilment of legal obligations and on the legitimate interest of Ledgeravix S.A.S. in the development of its activity.

Personal data is kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and, where appropriate, for the applicable legal periods. Subsequently, the data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

The site is intended for people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we detect processing of minors' data without the consent of the legal guardian, we will proceed to its deletion.

Ledgeravix S.A.S. may update this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative, jurisprudential or activity-related changes. The date of the last update appears at the beginning of this document.
